In addition to our design and custom software solution services, we sometimes provide project management when our clients need help planning, tracking and iterating on a project.
For this project, we planned and tracked project progress for everyone involved in the project, across multiple organizations, using Slack, Github, and TeamWork.
We originally investigated using a customizable open source solution to jump start work on this MVP for the client, however after further evaluation it was not feasible to use this product.
Instead we developed a custom Rails 5 application providing registration, a P2P (peer-to-peer) market place that processed payments using Stripe Connect, a social feed, social networking and messaging features.
The delivered API includes full documentation on Apiary and a comprehensive test suite.
After we completed and launched the API, we were able to join forces with Touchtap to help finish development on the native Swift 3 app.
We created the registration, login, account settings and some of the marketplace logic in the mobile application.
